Studio Manager

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all studio operations, performance, and growth initiatives. This leadership role drives membership sales, revenue generation, staff development, operational excellence, and member satisfaction while ensuring compliance with brand standards and company objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a passion for fitness, sales, team development, and delivering exceptional member experience. The General Manager will lead all aspects of studio operations, including membership acquisition, retention, staffing, marketing, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Drive membership growth through lead generation, community outreach, networking, and sales efforts. Achieve studio revenue goals across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training. Recruit, train, coach, and manage Sales Representatives and Pilates Instructors. Oversee daily studio operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and facility standards. Monitor sales performance, KPIs, retention metrics, and financial results to drive business growth. Utilize ClubReady software to manage reporting, member data, and operational performance. Deliver exceptional member experiences by resolving escalated concerns and maintaining high customer service standards. Manage vendor relationships, inventory levels, and studio administrative needs. Coordinate local marketing campaigns, community events, and partnerships to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards while fostering a positive, results-driven culture. Qualifications 2+ years of management, sales, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or related leadership experience. Proven ability to drive sales performance, revenue growth, and member retention. Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with ClubReady (preferred), Microsoft Office, and other business management software Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Passion for fitness, wellness, customer service, and community engagement.
