What You’ll Do:
As a Studio Manager at SWTHZ, you’re more than just a leader — you’re a culture driver, a revenue
builder, and an experience creator. You’ll oversee a high-performing team while delivering world-class
guest experiences that grow membership and drive retention.
Your role breaks down into three key areas:
Sales Membership Growth (40%)
- Lead by example in meeting studio revenue and membership goals
- Coach sales associates in effective sales techniques and product knowledge
- Use key performance data to guide strategy and track success
- Collaborate with marketing to amplify local brand awareness and lead generation
Leadership Team Management (40%)
- Build and maintain a positive, high-performing studio culture
- Hire, develop, and coach staff through ongoing feedback and training
- Foster an environment where team members feel empowered, engaged, and accountable
- Set clear goals, hold performance reviews, and celebrate wins
Operational Excellence (20%)
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, scheduling, and inventory
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards to deliver a premium guest experience
- Maintain a clean, inviting environment with smart staffing and process improvements
- Address issues proactively and implement studio-level improvements
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, fitness, or retail leadership
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A passion for wellness and high performance
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front
