Our client is a highly respected law firm seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 3 to 8 years of litigation experience to join its growing team. While probate litigation experience is preferred, accomplished family law litigators with significant trial exposure are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies.
• Handle hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial work with senior-level responsibility.
• Serve as lead counsel on contested matters as experience permits.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal staff.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional communication throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with a team that values excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of litigation experience.
• Strong litigation background with substantial courtroom experience.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload.
• Demonstrated trial preparation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Probate litigation experience.
• Family law litigation experience with significant trial exposure.
• Experience mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to team development.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and sound judgment under pressure.
