Data Solutions ArchitectWe are looking for a Data Solutions Architect to join our Data Solutions team!As a Data Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for pre-sales, estimation, scoping, designing, implementing, and testing proposed modern analytic solutions. Working closely with our client partners, you'll develop relationships with key technical resources while delivering tangible business outcomes.Ideal candidates will be able to:Manage the Data engineering lifecycle including research, proof of concepts, architecture, design, development, test, deployment, and maintenanceAbility to collaborate with team members to design and implement technology that aligns with client business objectivesAbility to build proof of concepts for a modern analytics stack supporting a variety of Cloud-based Business Systems for potential clientsExperience working with ETL/ELT technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Fivetran, Snowflake OpenFlow, Apache NiFi and other similar ETL/ELT toolsExperience working with analytic technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Omni, Looker and other similar analytic toolsExperience working with cloud enabled data repositories such as Snowflake, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.Team management experience and ability to manage, mentor and develop talent of assigned junior resourcesAbility to create actionable recommendations based on identified platform, structural and/or logic problemsAbility to communicate and demonstrate a clear understanding of client business needs, goals, and objectivesAbility to collaborate with other practices on Solution Proposals, Pre-Sales Activities, Estimation, Scoping and SolutionsQualifications:5+ years' experience developing industry - leading business intelligence and analytic solutions5+ years of experience writing Business requirements, Use cases and/or user stories, preferably for data warehouse or data mart initiatives5+ years of SQL development including advanced analytic functions3+ years of consulting experience working on project-based delivery using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)4+ years of experience with relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, and Azure Synapse Analytics, etc.)3+ years of experience creating functional test cases and supporting user acceptance testing3+ years of experience in Agile/Kanban/DevOps DeliveryOutstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage projects and teams against planned workResponsible for managing the day-to-day client relationship on projectsAbility to support sales cycles by leading orals sessions along with building POC solutions for clientsAbility to travelPreferred Skills:SnowPro certification5+ years experience developing in Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP or similar cloud data platform3+ years of experience with modern tech stack tools such as Jenkins, Kafka, Messaging, KubernetesSolid understanding of data architecture, data modeling, statistics, data science and data infrastructure ecosystemsSpaulding Ridge's Commitment to an Inclusive WorkplaceWhen we engage the expertise, insights, and creativity of people from all walks of life, we become a better organization, we deliver superior services to clients, and we transform our communities and world for the better.At Spaulding Ridge, we believe our team should reflect the rich diversity of society and we take seriously the responsibility to cultivate a workplace where every bandmate feels accepted, respected, and valued for who they are.
