Route Service Representative

Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Peoria, IL Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $18.64 - $19.64 Hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: Day Job Category: Retail Join Strategic Retail Partners as a Route Service Representative in Peoria, Illinois. Duties and Responsibilities Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards. Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet. Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales. Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations. Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed. Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals. Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory. Schedule Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it. Expected Compensation Range $52,341 – $61,276 annually Note: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.64 – $19.64 per hour. The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location.
