Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate specializing in Transactional Tax for its Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in law-firm settings, focusing on transactional tax matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, partnership tax, private equity fund formation, capital markets, and financings. Duties Advise on complex tax issues for a diverse client base. Collaborate with global teams on cross-border transactions. Develop innovative tax structures for clients. Engage in partnership tax matters and private equity fund formation. Provide guidance on capital markets and financing transactions. Requirements Minimum of four years of experience in transactional tax matters. Proven expertise in domestic and cross-border M&A. Experience with partnership tax and private equity fund formation. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
