Location: Nipomo, CA

Starting Pay: $18-$20/hr. DOE

Schedule : Full Time Mon-Fri.

Key Responsibilities:

· Processing vendor invoices

· Reconciling statements and A/P accounts

· Assist with month-end reporting.

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

· Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional manner.

· Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support.

What We’re Looking For:

· Detail-oriented

· Organized, self-motivated

· Proficient in Excel, experience with Famous software

· Produce industry background are a plus.
