Outside Sales Representative

Conduct in-home sales presentations of home improvement-related products and services Present products professionally and with integrity Actively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Build relationships that lead to sales and repeat business Deliver an exceptional experience from first meeting through post-sale follow-up Travel to customer homes, potentially driving 80+ miles one way Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation Maintain accurate CRM records Guide customers through financing and next steps Work evenings and weekends according to customer demand Use pre-set, high-quality appointments; no cold calling Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and one or both weekend days, based on customer demand and business needs 1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales (preferred) Comfortable using iPad-based applications (preferred) Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure (preferred) Proven ability to exceed performance targets (preferred) Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in conducting in-home sales presentations and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
