If you have industry experience and enjoy being out in the field, meeting clients, and closing deals—this is a great opportunity to take ownership of your territory and grow your earnings. This is a hunter role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable hitting the pavement, making a LOT of cold calls, knocking on doors, finding new opportunities, and turning prospects into customers. What You’ll Do Aggressively prospect for new customers through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, referrals, and other lead generation strategies Make a hige volume of outbound calls and consistently pursue new business opportunities Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers Conduct a mix of inside and outside sales (minimum 10 in-person client visits per day) Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing Recommend compliant, cost-effective solutions for stormwater and environmental needs Track all sales activity in ServiceTitan (calls, emails, quotes, orders, invoices) Support collections by following up on outstanding invoices Promote and enroll customers in CleanWay’s Filter Replacement Program Maintain accurate customer records and provide weekly activity reports Stay up to date on environmental regulations (Clean Water Act, NPDES, etc.) Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads Who We’re Looking For We want someone who is: Hungry to win and motivated by results Comfortable with cold calling and hearing "no" Not afraid to walk into a business and introduce yourself Persistent, competitive, and self-motivated Comfortable spending the majority of the day out in the field A strong communicator and relationship builder Organized enough to manage a pipeline and consistently follow up Motivated by uncapped earning potential Experienced in environmental, stormwater, construction, septic, industrial, or related services preferred, but not required for the right salesperson Qualifications Preferred: Sales experience in stormwater, wastewater, or environmental services Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, business, or related field Required: Strong understanding of environmental compliance and regulations Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (ServiceTitan a plus) Strong organizational and time management skills Self-starter with a positive, professional attitude Ability to learn and retain technical product knowledge Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally Physical Requirements Field-based role requiring site visits Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and work outdoors May include lifting heavy grates and using basic measuring tools 100% employer paid employee medical, dental, and vision 401k with Employer Match Competitive base salary + commission structure Uncapped earning potential Company vehicle Opportunities for advancement in a growing company Supportive team environment Why This Role Stands Out Established company with strong industry reputation High-impact role with direct influence on company growth Autonomy in managing your territory Opportunity to work with a knowledgeable and collaborative team #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
