Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations through teletherapy sessions to gain a clear understanding of clients' mental health needs, challenges, and aspirations.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a spectrum of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during acute mental health episodes, utilizing active listening skills and de-escalation strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
