Legal Assistant Paralegal
Required Skills: 3+ years of Florida litigation procedures and deadlines. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must be a problem solver Must be able to multi-task Must be comfortable with using/learning new software and technologies Duties include: Coordinating Hearings, Depositions & Mediations Medical Records and Public Records Requests Filing Drafting/Preparing/Serving Discovery Requests and Responses Draft and Serve Subpoenas Drafting/Formatting/Editing/Combining Exhibits Organize documents responsive to subpoena Schedule Hearings/Upload Documents/Upload Orders to CourtMap, Broward CMS etc. Must be comfortable with and amenable to training on artificial intelligence processes Implement artificial intelligence into case presentation and detailed analysis Trial Prep Organize Hearing Exhibits Federal Filing Experience Send documents to Process Server for Service Prepare Hearing Binders Calendaring Deadlines Set up Zoom links Online Notary (will train and license) Spanish is preferred, but not required Salary : Job Type: Full-time, in-person Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental Insurance Free parking Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8-hour shift – 9-6 pm with one hour lunch Monday to Friday
