Litigation Legal Assistant

Full service Brickell law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary with a minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience to support a team of attorneys in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:• Manage litigation calendars, including scheduling and tracking pleadings, motions, and related deadlines for state and federal courts.
• Provide high-level organizational and administrative support while balancing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with other legal technology platforms.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients, both orally and in writing.
• Prior experience in a large law firm environment strongly preferred. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and dedicated to delivering superior support.
