Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Work Setting: Center-Based
Salary: Starting at $90,000+ per year
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 for eligible relocating candidates
Sign-On Bonus: Available for eligible local candidates

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing center-based ABA therapy program in Colorado Springs. The position provides the opportunity to deliver clinical services to children and adolescents while working with a supportive team focused on quality care and manageable caseloads.

The program serves individuals across early intervention, school-age, adolescent, and higher-acuity behavioral programs.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

• Oversee data collection, programming, and treatment integrity.

• Provide parent and caregiver training.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams.

• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Manage a caseload generally capped at 10 clients , with high-acuity programs typically capped at 6-8 clients .

The organization provides opportunities to work across a variety of clinical populations and programs, including:

• Early Intervention - ages 7 and under

• School-Age Programs - ages 8-12

• Adolescent and Severe Behavior Programs - ages 13-21

• Social Skills and After-School Programs

• Active BCBA certification in good standing preferred.

• Candidates currently preparing for the BCBA examination may be considered.

• Active BCaBA candidates may also be considered.

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.

• Experience with multiple diagnoses, trauma, early intervention, and/or severe behavior is a plus.

• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

• Master's degree preferred.

• Starting salary of $90,000+ , based on certification, experience, clinical background, and caseload complexity.

• Sign-on bonus available for eligible local candidates.
