Haven Memory Care, part of Community Senior Life, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Cook to join our team. In this role, you’ll do more than prepare meals—you’ll help create comfort, routine, and joy for our residents. Your work plays a key role in supporting the health and well-being of seniors living with memory care needs. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality, understands the importance of consistency, and enjoys working in a team-focused, mission-driven environment. What You’ll Do Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus and dietary guidelines Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet our standards Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations Support kitchen organization, cleanliness, and daily operations Work closely with team members to accommodate special dietary needs Assist with inventory and proper storage of food and supplies What We’re Looking For Required: Experience in a professional kitchen or food service setting Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks Preferred: Experience in healthcare, senior living, or institutional food service Knowledge of modified or therapeutic diets (low sodium, diabetic, etc.) Food safety certification Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others Why Join Haven Memory Care?
