This dynamic location is located in Stonebridge Ranch, in the booming central McKinney region. The unit is under new ownership and management and seeking dynamic personality driven team members to re-introduce the brand to our community. Applicants with membership sales history will be moved to the front of the line!

Schedule/Expected work hours include 68-hour shifts, full and part-time positions available, a required 1 weekend shift, and days and evening shifts available.

Responsibilities include achieving monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales, providing exceptional service by listening, communicating, and responding to guest's needs, promoting the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy, educating guests confidently and effectively about services and products, excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation, and developing and maintaining positive relationships with team members and guests.

Qualifications include exceptional guest service and communication abilities, previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services is required, proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems, a fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor, strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts, passionate about interacting with people and consistently delivering outstanding service, and thriving in collaborative team settings.
