Role Description The Conference Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort in Tucson, AZ. This role oversees the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and special events, working closely with clients from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing event logistics, coordinating room setups and audiovisual needs, preparing banquet event orders, and ensuring clear communication between sales, catering, culinary, and operations teams. The Conference Services Manager will monitor event timelines and budgets, support on-site client needs, and proactively resolve issues to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. This role also contributes to service standards, process improvements, and the resort’s reputation as a premier destination for meetings and events. Qualifications Prior experience in catering or event management. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
