Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of the firm. Responsibilities Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility Building and maintaining strong client relationships to confirm needs are met and provide exceptional service Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to engage clients and capture new business opportunities Managing accounts and employing effective strategies to build trust and loyalty with clients Leading teams in planning, budgeting, and executing projects to meet organizational targets Analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvement and business growth Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver on client expectations Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and encourage team adoption Addressing conflicts or issues by engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements What You Must Have At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience What Sets You Apart Preference for a Bachelor's degree Excelling in client management and relationship building Demonstrating proficiency in CRM software and digital analytics Utilizing strategic questioning and analytical thinking Managing budgetary and financial planning effectivelyLeading project management and proposal coordination Embracing change and innovation in client strategies The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
