Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Medical/Medical stipend, Dental Vision, benefit time, 401K, Tuition reimbursement.
Schedule M-F 830a-430p. Some weekends.
- Processes data entry of daily donations/memorials. Generates appropriate responses/letters to donors in a timely manner.
- Assists with fundraising events, including mailings, fulfillments, registration and solicitation as called upon.
- Assists with Marketing dept. materials and business equipment.
- Performs filing as assigned or as needed.
- Runs monthly donor/fundraising reports when requested.
- Provides back-up for Receptionist as needed.
- Participates in all required in service education programs and meetings.
- Demonstrates a commitment to own work schedule by adhering to attendance standards. Provides proper notification in advance for absence and tardiness.
- Adheres to employment policies in accordance with the Employee Handbook
- Demonstrates compliance with the dress code policy by appearing well groomed, wearing ID badge while on duty and maintaining a professional appearance.
Performs other duties as assigned within the Marketing Department.
