Als Prepress Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch en operationeel aansturen van de volledige prepress-organisatie , zowel lokaal als internationaal. Je combineert technische expertise met leiderschap en procesoptimalisatie, en zorgt voor een efficiënte, uniforme en toekomstgerichte prepress flow over alle sites heen . Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Operationeel & technisch Aansturen en optimaliseren van de volledige prepress workflow (van artwork tot plaatcopy) Artwork creatie en drukklare opmaak Plaatcopy / drukvormvoorbereiding Waarborgen van kwaliteit, consistentie en efficiëntie in alle prepressprocessen Optimaliseren van workflows voor verschillende druktechnieken (flexo, digitaal, multilayer, bookletlabels) Internationaal & strategisch Strategisch aansturen van prepress-teams in verschillende internationale vestigingen Implementeren van gestandaardiseerde processen en workflows over alle sites Identificeren en implementeren van best practices en innovaties Automatisatie & innovatie Initiëren en uitrollen van automatisatieprojecten binnen prepress Optimaliseren van software, workflows en integraties (MIS/ERP, workflowtools, RIPs, etc.) Continu verbeteren van efficiëntie, doorlooptijden en foutreductie Profiel kandidaaT Bachelor of Master in grafische technologie, druktechnologie of gelijkaardig door ervaring Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende prepress- of drukomgeving Diepgaande kennis van: Prepress workflows Verschillende druktechnieken (flexo, digitaal, …) Artwork en drukvoorbereiding Sterke affiniteit met automatisatie en digitalisering Ervaring met internationale teams is een sterke plus Analytisch, procesgericht en resultaatgedreven Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en people management skills Vloeiend in Engels (andere talen zijn een plus) Wat wij bieden Sleutelrol binnen een groeiend en innovatief familiebedrijf Internationale verantwoordelijkheid en impact Ruimte voor initiatief, optimalisatie en innovatie Competitief salaris aangevuld met extralegale voordelen #J-18808-Ljbffr protection industrielle
