What You'll Do Canvass assigned neighborhoods Inspect roofs for storm damage Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process Secure signed contingency agreements Meet with insurance adjusters Guide customers through the restoration process Submit project documentation Maintain customer communication from sale to completion What We're Looking For Highly competitive and self-motivated Strong communicator who connects easily with people Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors Coachable and willing to follow proven systems (no experience required) Organized and dependable Valid driver's license and reliable transportation If you're looking for a team that will invest in your success and a compensation plan that rewards performance, we want to hear from you.
