Commercial Sales Representative A&E Roofing & Siding, Inc. Aurora, IL Position Overview A&E Roofing & Siding is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to help grow our commercial division. This role focuses on developing relationships with property managers, general contractors, building owners, HOAs, municipalities, and commercial clients needing roofing, siding, sheet metal, and exterior restoration services. The ideal candidate is self-driven, professional, and experienced in construction sales or business development. Responsibilities Generate and develop new commercial leads through networking, prospecting, and relationship building Build relationships with: Property Management Companies General Contractors Apartment Complex Owners Industrial Building Owners HOA Associations Municipalities and Schools Schedule and perform site visits and inspections Prepare proposals and present project estimates Follow up consistently with leads and maintain pipeline activity Work with insurance restoration opportunities when applicable Coordinate with production team on awarded projects Attend networking events and industry functions Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline Help identify bid opportunities for public and private commercial work Requirements 2+ years sales experience (construction) Roofing, siding, or exterior construction knowledge Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to generate your own leads and close deals Comfortable meeting with business owners and decision makers Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Self‑motivated with strong follow‑up habits #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
