Immediately Seeking! Office Assistant Competitive Pay | Monday Friday | 1st Shift | Professional Office Environment Join our team in a fast-paced office setting supporting daily operations and helping keep the workplace running efficiently. This position assists with administrative functions, communication, scheduling, and general office support while maintaining professionalism and organization throughout the day.
What You'll Do:
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
- Manage emails and incoming correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors and direct them appropriately
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and office documents
- Schedule meetings and support office communication needs
- Perform filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry tasks
- Maintain records and organize office documentation
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support team members and assist with projects as needed
- Help coordinate meetings, events, and office activities
- Follow office procedures and maintain an organized workspace
What We're Looking For:
- Prior office, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- SAP experience is a plus but not required
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
