Contract Analyst
The contract analyst will act as liaison between internal teams regarding implementation activities and the software development lifecycle.
Train users on web-based applications and system updates
Designs, develops, and delivers live, virtual trainings for state and district personnel
Authors, edits, and manages ongoing client and stakeholder communications and customer relations management tools
Basic qualifications:
1+ years of related experience
Ability to recognize and described problems and develop creative solutions
MS Office experience including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
