Position Overview


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise-scale technology and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, executive leadership, product teams, and engineering organizations, ensuring successful delivery of complex programs across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).


This role requires strong experience working with technical teams, enterprise governance processes, security policies, roadmap planning, change management, process optimization, and cross-functional program coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with CTOs, Technical Directors, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Development Teams to drive strategic initiatives from inception through delivery.


Key Responsibilities


Business Analysis & Strategic Planning

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation for enterprise-level business and technology initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders, technical stakeholders, and executive management to define project scope, objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
• Develop business cases, BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Support strategic roadmap planning and portfolio-level initiatives across multiple business and technology engagements.

Enterprise Project Governance & Delivery

• Manage and coordinate multiple enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, delivery timelines, and organizational priorities.
• Facilitate governance reviews, steering committee meetings, status reporting, executive communications, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive PAT governance activities, project controls, audit readiness, and compliance reporting.

Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with CTOs, Engineering Leaders, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and DevOps teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support technical delivery teams utilizing GitHub, Azure DevOps, Artifact Repositories, CI/CD pipelines, release management processes, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with development teams to refine requirements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication across multiple technology workstreams and enterprise programs.

SDLC, Security & Compliance

• Support end-to-end SDLC governance from requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Gather, document, and manage security requirements in partnership with Security Architects, DevSecOps teams, and Risk & Compliance stakeholders.
• Conduct GAP Analysis against enterprise security standards, policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC governance processes, security policies, change management controls, and audit requirements.
• Support vulnerability remediation tracking, security review processes, and compliance initiatives.

Process Improvement & Change Management

• Lead current-state and future-state process assessments, workflow analysis, and business process optimization initiatives.
• Develop process maps, swimlane diagrams, value stream maps, and operational workflows.
• Conduct impact assessments and support organizational change management activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business and technology functions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience working with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Artifact Repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery processes.
• Strong experience in project governance, PAT governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated experience conducting GAP Analysis, process mapping, and business process improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting security governance, SDLC security controls, change management, and compliance programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with CTOs, Technology Executives, Enterprise Architects, and Engineering Leadership teams.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and enterprise security frameworks.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS, or related governance and compliance standards.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, CSM, SAFe, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
