The ideal candidate bridges the gap between business analysis and hands-on development — capable of not only defining requirements but also building, prototyping, and validating digital solutions. Additionally, this individual will bring applied AI and Generative AI fluency to accelerate discovery, automate workflows, and shape next-generation capability design.The Sr. IT BA will be a member of a cross-functional Technology team who flexibly analyzes digital capabilities aligned directly to business functions, collaborating with IT Business Partners, Product Managers, Digital Capability Managers, Domain-focused Scientific Researchers, and other Enabling partners.
