Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Utilize computer hardware and software relevant to nursing functions
• Integrate nursing process into patient care provision
• Contribute to organizational quality initiatives for enhanced clinical outcomes
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Problem solve and employ independent critical thinking skills
• Prioritize work demands with minimal supervision
• Work in a fast-paced environment with acute, chronic, and complex disease processes

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Graduation from an accredited professional nursing program
• BLS (AHA, ARC, or Military Training Network)
• ACLS (AHA, ARC, or Military Training Network)
• TNCC certification
• Active and good standing NE or compact RN license
• 1 year Med Surg experience
• 1 year ER experience with ER skills checklist
• EPIC experience within the past 12 months
• Charge experience
