Transactional Associate Attorney

A growing and respected Michigan firm is seeking talented mid-level Transactional Associates to join their Grand Rapids office. Attorneys will have 2-8 years of experience practicing and have relevant experience in either corporate/M&A transactions, real estate transactions, or financing/banking transactions. Candidates must be able to draft and negotiate ancillary agreements and conduct due diligence. Experience leading transactions a plus. Candidates in the greater Grand Rapids area as well as those looking to relocate there will be equally considered. Candidates must be either licensed in Michigan or eligible to get licensed. Salary will depend on class year/experience level, but expected to range roughly between $160-250k depending on level of experience.
