In this hands-on role, you'll set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines used to manufacture and repair critical aerospace components. Our teams manufacture and repair critical aerospace components used throughout the global aviation industry.Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) Hours: 10:00 PM-6:30 AM Shift Differential: $2-$4, based on assigned days Sign-On Bonus: $1,000What You'll DoProgram, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machinesLoad and edit machine programs as neededSet up tooling, fixtures, and materialsProduce parts to engineering and production specificationsInspect and measure parts using precision measuring toolsPerform minor part modifications and finishing workFollow assembly, production, and quality requirementsUtilize computerized production tracking systemsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaSupport 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of CNC machining or machine operation experience preferredExperience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipmentAbility to read and follow work instructions and specificationsBasic math skills and mechanical aptitudeStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a teamWhy Chromalloy?Join a team that manufactures critical aerospace components in an environment that values safety, quality, continuous improvement, and employee growth.This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
