General Superintendent

Job Details Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year Base Salary from $150-175K/yr. Oversee and mentor field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen. Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency. Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase. Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing water infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of excavation/backfill, concrete, and piping/mechanical. Proven leadership skills with a hands‑on approach running multiple superintendents, projects, and field personnel. Experience leading $50M+ W/WW projects.
