Stroke Transfer Coordinator/UKHC

The position of the Stroke Transfer Coordinator/UKHC is necessary for the safe, effective, and efficient care of the patient. Currently managed in the Cardiovascular ICU only. RNs in the Stroke Transfer Coordinator role will work in conjunction with the stroke program coordinator, respond to stroke alerts, perform data collection and auditing, and manage stroke alert patients throughout the care continuum.

Preferred Education/Experience: Stroke/neuroscience/ICU background
