MS/Tele RN - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12 hours, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele RN to provide exceptional patient care in a community hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry and medical-surgical nursing, demonstrating competency in managing patients' care during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care and support in a telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records using Epic.
• Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Current SC RN license or Compact license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory; NIHSS preferred.
• Telemetry competency is required.
• Previous charge experience and community hospital experience preferred.
