Sales Supervisor (LA)

Job Summary Diptyque Distribution LLC. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our Los Angeles retail team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance. Job Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback. Monitor daily sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met, fostering a welcoming and luxurious shopping environment. Manage store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, visual standards, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales objectives, product knowledge, and company updates. Identify opportunities for team development and growth, implementing training initiatives. Collaborate with the store manager to implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives. Job Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead sales role within a luxury retail environment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and motivating a team. Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
