Trident Consulting is seeking a \" Quality Assurance Specialist \" for one of our clients, A global science and technology company Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist Duration:12+Month Contract (Contract to hire) Pay rate:$33-$37/hr on W2 Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality operations in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with quality documentation, batch record review, audits, validation, SOPs, and quality systems Key Responsibilities Review and approve batch records, quality documents, validation records, stability records, and raw material records Review equipment qualifications, calibration records, analytical methods, and method validations Prepare and review Certificates of Analysis (CoA) Support customer, ISO, DEA, and internal audits Review and approve SOPs for quality and regulatory compliance Identify documentation discrepancies and compliance issues Support quality investigations, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Prepare quality metrics and reports Support quality-system initiatives and continuous improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field 5+ years of QA experience in an ISO, GMP, or similarly regulated environment Strong experience with quality documentation and batch record review Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Experience identifying discrepancies between procedures, documentation, and quality requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Clinical / Laboratory experience ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 17034, ISO 14001 GMP / GxP quality systems Validation and qualification activities Veeva or similar eQMS CAPA, deviations and Root Cause Analysis Internal and external audit experience Important This is a 100% onsite position . Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in a regulated manufacturing/laboratory environment.
