Associate Sales Representative
$72.5k - $105kUnited Medical Systems seeks an Associate Sales Representative to support business growth for our mobile urology and minimally invasive surgical services. In this entry-level healthcare sales role, you'll prospect and qualify leads, support senior reps with hospital and surgery center accounts, coordinate demos of mobile medical equipment, and maintain accurate CRM records. You'll collaborate with clinical and operations teams, learn advanced technologies, and provide responsive customer service while upholding UMS's patient-focused, safety- and compliance-driven culture.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads with hospitals and surgery centers
- Support senior sales representatives in managing key accounts and territory plans
- Coordinate and schedule demos and presentations of mobile urology and surgical technologies
- Maintain accurate and timely data in CRM and sales tracking tools
- Assist with preparing proposals, quotes, and basic contract documentation
- Partner with clinical and operations teams to align service delivery with customer needs
- Provide responsive customer service and ongoing support to hospital partners
- Learn and communicate core product, clinical, and service benefits in clear, compliant language
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy
- Uphold patient-focused, safety, and compliance standards in all sales activities
