Data Entry Clerk

Our client, a leading organization in Dental Supplies, Equipment & Services, is seeking a Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Sr. Data Entry Clerk, you will be part of the Product Enrichment Department supporting the Product Content and Data Management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Data Entry Clerk

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Pay Range: $21 - $22/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM

What's the Job?

• Develop and refine content for complex product lines to enhance product visibility and accuracy.

• Research, analyze, and update product specification data for tens of thousands of items to ensure data integrity.

• Create search engine optimized (SEO) copy for products and taxonomies, reviewing team members' work and providing improvement guidance.

• Generate reports on product enrichment status, missing content, and sales performance for various department levels.

• Collaborate with the product team to analyze sales data and report on category improvements to drive business growth.

What's Needed?

• College-level degree and/or technical school training.

• At least 1-3 years of proven experience working with databases.

• Proficiency in Excel, Access, and other data applications handling large, complex data sets.

• Strong research, content creation, and analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service and diplomacy.
