This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and take on substantial responsibility handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active Illinois bar admission 8+ years of commercial real estate experience Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills Ability to independently manage transactions while collaborating with attorneys across multiple offices Experience should include: Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets Real estate financing transactions Due diligence review and analysis Commercial leasing matters Real estate development projects Joint venture transactions This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney looking to join a growing national platform while continuing to build a sophisticated transactional practice and assume increased client-facing responsibility.
