We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients and communities.Position SummaryThe Territory Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development of new business and the management of existing client relationships within an assigned territory. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting tailored office technology solutions, and delivering a high level of service throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is results-driven, relationship-focused, and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets while representing Advanced Business Methods professionally in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesAttain assigned sales targetsDevelop and manage all assigned accountsMaintain current contact lists and connect with each customer periodicallyProactively develop new accounts in assigned territoryEffectively utilize provided technology to manager territoryPrepare and deliver effective presentations to customers as neededPrepare monthly sales report and prospect reportAttend and actively participate in sales meetings and complete training seminarsGain an understanding and communicate benefits of document management, hardware and software productsWork closely with other branch team members such as sales, service and operationsKeep informed with industry trends and productsPrepare bids for large accountsInvestigate lost sales and customer accountsCreate proposals and complete paperwork associated with sales processMaintain a CRM including activities and forecastingQualificationsRequired ExperienceHigh School Diploma Outside sales experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office productSkills & CompetenciesSelf – starterPerformance-driven with a focus on growthRelationship-focusedAbility to meet targetsPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to work at a desk using a computer, keyboard, and phone for extended periods (up to 8 hours daily)Ability to communicate effectively including clear vision and hearing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
