Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to drive operational excellence and lead strategic technical initiatives. This role offers a competitive base salary, a Variable Incentive Program, and a comprehensive nationwide relocation package.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key architect of efficiency, focusing on the integration of automation and the optimization of resources to enhance overall productivity.

Responsibilities:

Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision.
Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.
Supports continuous improvement/automation activities.
Establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
Conducts cost/inventory/production control and human factors studies to develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
ssists manufacturing plant/facilities engineers with facility planning and design.
Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: 5+ years of relevant industrial engineering experience.
Master's Degree: 3+ years of relevant industrial engineering experience.
PhD: Entry-level candidates with a doctorate are encouraged to apply.
Equivalent Experience: A proven track record of success in the field in lieu of formal degrees.
