Role Description
The Mainframe Developer will be responsible for application programming and analysis, focusing on mainframe application development and support.
- 5+ years of application programming and analysis experience
- Strong experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and IMS DB/DC
- Understanding of healthcare payer functions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with the full software development life cycle
- Ability to work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications
- Project leadership or project management experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
