Cleans sweeps and mops floors as required by cleaning schedule. Washes mirrors, stalls, walls, sinks and baseboards as described in cleaning contract. Vacuums, shampoos and scrubs carpets. Conducts periodic buffing, stripping and waxing of floors. Cleans water fountains, telephone booths, astray, and janitorial closets. Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or general education equivalent. Requires 6 months experience in janitorial/custodial field (or completion of a janitorial/custodial- training program) Documentation is required that details the disability. Such as a Psychological or Psychiatric or Physical assessment or evaluation on the clinic or physician's letterhead with the doctor's signature. FT/PT.
