At Lewis RV Center we make RVing Fun! Over the last 2 years the RV industry has exploded! We are looking for a Forklift driver to join our team.

Keep in mind that even if you don't fit the ideal candidate descriptions we are willing, and excited, to train in house and are most interested in candidates that have a drive to succeed and grow with our company.

Although not required, the ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience in forklift operation. You must be self-motivated and passionate about your work!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use forklift to move RV's and pallets to their designated area.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Follow safety rules.
• Follow Lewis RV Center protocols.
• Operate forklifts.
• Communicate with service staff.
• Attends all meetings, trainings, and educational classes, as required
• Helps educate/train new staff members
• Performs other duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented
• Previous forklift experience
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.

Physical Requirements/Surroundings

• spend time indoors in air-conditioned and un-air-conditioned areas.
• spend time outdoors in the weather & elements
• Job requires all movements including, but not limited to; sitting, standing, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
• Job requires lifting over 75lbs.
