Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and formulate tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged clients, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. By applying a compassionate and client-centered approach, you will help empower students to navigate their mental health concerns, ultimately enhancing their academic experiences and social interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active Social Worker Licensure in the state of California.

• At least two years of experience in clinical or mental health settings.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your licensure.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong capacity for empathy and understanding.

• Familiarity with contemporary advances in psychotherapy, particularly regarding the needs of children and adolescents.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience working within school systems or with youth populations is highly desirable. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based techniques is beneficial. Experience in a remote counseling environment will also contribute to your success in this role.
