Pharmacy & Clinical Fairfax, VA Full-time Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations across both sites - staffing, workflow, throughput, and quality. Key Responsibilities Manage pharmacy workflow, scheduling, and staffing across locations Drive throughput, turnaround times, and operational KPIs Partner with compliance to uphold USP and board standards Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships Coach and develop pharmacy staff Implement process and technology improvements Requirements Minimum 3+ years of pharmacy operations or management experience required Strong understanding of compounding pharmacy workflow Proven team leadership and process-improvement track record Experience with pharmacy management/ERP systems Preferred PharmD or CPhT Qualification: Strong understanding of compounding pharmacy workflow Proven team leadership and process-improvement track record Experience with pharmacy management/ERP systems PharmD or CPhT (Preferred) Department: Pharmacy & Clinical Experience: Minimum 3+ years of pharmacy operations or management experience required Stay informed about new roles, company news, and career growth opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
