Join EY and help to build a better working world. Overview Full Stack Engineer – Service Delivery Manager (Multiple Positions) – Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities Work with a software development engineering team to design, build, configure, test, analyze, deliver, and support technology project-based work, managed services and solutions to clients. Assist clients to transform their business problems through disruptive innovation enablement, engineering and transformational design solutions. Support clients in modernizing systems, processes and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms to support high performance in a rapidly changing and competitive environment. Leverage Microservices, Cloud, Omni channel integration, API Management and open-source technologies to enable end-to-end automation. Assist engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, to design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy distributed software applications. Demonstrate hands‑on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages. Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing; based on a proven agile methodology. Design and architect large business-critical systems. Communicate progress to client engagement teams. Deliver high-quality systems with focus on reliability and excellent customer experience. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate technology work experience. Or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 4 years of technology work experience. 4 years of experience in technology software development. 4 years of experience with full stack software product development. 3 years of experience with DevOps technologies and its supporting services and tools. 4 years of back‑end experience using one or a combination of Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, and/or Serverless. 4 years of back‑end experience using one or a combination of AWS and/or Azure. 4 years of front‑end development experience with one or a combination of React, Angular, and/or responsive web design. 3 years of experience designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs. 3 years of hands‑on experience building applications and platforms with cloud native or Microservices architecture in one or a combination of IaaS, PaaS, and/or container deployment. 3 years of experience with one or a combination of Git and/or CI/CD pipelines. 4 years of experience working with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing, and working with TDD or BDD software development techniques. 4 years of experience in delivering digital projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology. 3 years of experience with one or a combination of Akka/Scala, Kafka/RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, AngularJS/ReactJS, Hadoop/Spark/Flume, Mongo/Cassandra, and any NoSQL DB. Travel Requires travel up to 50%, including international travel up to 10%, to serve client needs. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $154,669.00 per year.
