CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE – PRIVATE BANKING

Interaudi Bank is seeking a Client Services Associate to support our Private Banking team in New York, bilingual French, Arabic, or Spanish preferred. This role is suited for a skilled private banking or wealth management professional who has experience with high-net-worth clients and managing complex account activity.

You will act as a key operational partner to Relationship Managers and serve as a trusted point of coordination for client documentation, transactions, and day-to-day servicing needs.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and documentation processes
• Execute and monitor transactions, wires, and account maintenance requests
• Coordinate across various departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs
• Prepare high-quality correspondence and reporting materials
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure adherence to internal controls

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience within private banking or a comparable financial services environment
• Demonstrated experience supporting Relationship Managers or Advisors
• Fluency in French, Arabic, or Spanish preferred
• Strong understanding of client onboarding and documentation processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and professional discretion
• Bachelor’s degree required
