Essential functions

• Ensure product is to customer specifications and standards.
• Use tools such as CMM, calipers, micrometers and various gauges as needed.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensures all inspection and quality plan requirements to exceed customer standards.
• Recommends inspection and quality plan modifications when applicable.
• Ensures all measurement devices are appropriate and readily available.
• Ensures all measurement device records are accurate and complete.
• Coordinates all internal and external calibrations.
• Assists with Internal audits.

Required Skills/ Abilities

• General machining knowledge.
• 3 years of CMM experience
• Understands ISO requirements and familiar with ISO audits.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and customer specifications, including GD&T features.
• Ability to use calibers, micrometers, and other measuring tools as needed
• Proficient with Word and Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Well-developed teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure

Shift: 1st (6 am to 2:30 pm) (OT as needed) Wage: $22 to $27 an hour
