We are currently seeking an outstanding Part-Time Care Giver/STNA to join our team for 1st shift! Here are a few of the daily responsibilities: Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy. Encourages residents to be at meals in the dining room, escorts, transports if necessary Complete and document shift assignments as assigned, if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor. Communicate to residents, families, Department Heads and the Director of Resident Services when needed. Team player with a positive attitude Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required One (1) year experience working as a STNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred Insurance that starts the 1st of the month following your hire date-FT & PT benefits available Free uniform tops-All staff Free meals-All shifts PTO that starts day one, usable after 90 days of employment-FT Only Floating Holiday- FT only after 6 months of employment Earn approximately 3 weeks of PTO/year up through 5 years after that it goes up-FT Only 5% 401K Match; 1st 3% at 100%; other 2% at 50%-All Staff; must be 21 years or older to enroll Many other great perks!!!
