Quality Inspector

Quality InspectorNesco Resource is hiring a Quality Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.Responsibilities:Inspect incoming materials, work-in-process, and finished productsPerform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and thread gaugesRead blueprints and engineering drawingsIdentify and document nonconforming partsMaintain accurate inspection records and quality documentationVerify material identification and traceabilityCreate Certificates of Conformance (CoCs) for customer shipmentsReport quality concerns and assist with corrective actionsFollow all company safety and quality proceduresAssist with continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality departmentQualifications:High school diploma or GED2+ years of manufacturing or quality inspection experience (aerospace experience preferred)Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instrumentsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood math, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesASQ Certification or Internal Auditor Certification is a plusShift: 1st shift (5:30 am to 4 pm Monday through Thursday) Salary: $18-$21 Benefits once hired into the company • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral programNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
