Title: Front-End Developer/Engineer (FEE)
Location: Mesa, AZ (Locals only)
Hybrid Requirements: Candidate must be on-site 2 days per week (Monday and Thursday) candidate must be local to do an in-person interview. Please do not send candidates that are not local. Distribution of Work:
o 80+% front-end development. Front-end technologies include, but are not limited to, React, JavaScript, HTML, and Tailwind CSS.
o 20% back-end development to build and maintain web APIs to facilitate secure data exchange between client applications and databases. Back-end technologies include, but are not limited to, C# .NET,
Oracle DB (OCI), and Microsoft SQL Server. Job Description:

• Shape front-end development: Guide design, implementation, and optimization of responsive, accessible user interfaces, using modern front-end frameworks and libraries
• Maintain performance and quality standards: Ensure optimal performance by implementing efficient rendering techniques, code splitting, and other performance optimization strategies
• Contribute to establishing and maintaining high-quality standards for the front-end code base through testing, code reviews, and best practices
• Define scalable front-end architecture, own and implement specific components, and help shape the overall user experience
• Lead planning, implementation, testing, operations, and process improvement
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications, and configuring existing systems
• Take responsibility for technical problem-solving, creatively meeting product goals and developing best practices
• Mentor and support the growth of other Engineers Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of non-internship professional front-end experience, web or mobile software development using React, JavaScript, HTML and Strong CSS ( Tailwind CSS)
• 8+ years of non-internship professional back-end experience using C# (.NET)
• 8+ years of experience using database technologies (Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Entity Framework) Skills:
• Knowledge of web services technologies such as SOAP, WSDL, XSD, and REST
• Experience using Angular, Vue.js, Knockout
• Experience with Micro Front-end architecture
• Experience in a broad range of software design approaches and common UX patterns
• Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) development framework
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
