Job Summary:
We are seeking a Complex Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience working in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support new employee onboarding process by conducting orientation sessions and processing new hire paperwork.
- Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Handle employee relations matters by providing guidance and support to staff.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
